Vaga de Project Coordinator na Garena
As a Project Coordinator you’ll be working alongside the Esports Project Manager in Brazil, designing and implementing communication and visibility processes to ensure alignment between multiple disciplines, vendors and stakeholders. We are looking for a detail focused, driven and hardworking Project Coordinator, with a successful track record delivering projects from kickoff to launch. On a daily basis, you’ll be challenged to solve critical and pressing issues, engaging cross-functional teams and facilitating this process.
Responsibilities:
- Process ownership: Work together with PM Lead to improve our process operational efficiency, quality control and help establish creativity processes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Manage and organize all assets and documentation from projects that you are responsible for. Sharing knowledge across all departments and Garena regions.
- Integration: Facilitate alignment with all departments to effectively define clear roles and responsibilities between all involved teams.
- Visibility: Communicate and align regularly with internal Stakeholders and involved teams, vendors and agencies about current status of all Esports projects. Proactively raising visibility on risks and issues that could affect the project.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economy or a similar field
- Pos graduation or MBA will be considered plus in Management
- A strong project management minded individual: Experience in partner management, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration and can back up the on-the-job experience with a BA or BS degree
- An experienced project management expert: 3 years of work and project management experience. Managed varying degrees of complex experience in a post-production, agency or production environment.
- A strong communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills, both in Portuguese and English, and has the ability to interface diplomatically with all levels of employees and management from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- A lighthouse in a sea of demands: Must have strong organizational, project coordination and planning skills with the ability to work under urgent, tight deadlines with frequent interruptions and to effectively coordinate multiple demands simultaneously. Being the person the team looks up to for directions and information
- Travel availability: Must be able to travel for long periods, as Esports finals will often occur outside São Paulo

Vaga de Concept Artist na Aquiris
We are looking for a talented and motivated Concept Artist with experience in illustration and drawing, digital painting and storyboarding development, that is extremely creative and has the ability to develop collaborative ideas with the members of the Art Team.
Responsibilities:
- Design conceptual images following established art direction;
- Communicate abstract concepts and visual styles through conceptual images;
- Create illustrations and designs with direction for 3D artists;
- Act in the investigation of artistic styles;
- Produce high quality images for in-game implementation or use in promotional materials;
- Collaborate on documentation of art direction concepts;
Requirements
- Fundamentals of illustration and drawing, such as shape, composition, perspective, lights and color theory;
- Digital painting;
- Storyboarding development.
- Notions of 3D software such as Blender or 3DS Max;
Previous experience:
- 3 or more years of experience with illustration or concept art in games or related industries;
- Proven experience with Storyboarding development.
