This is a fully remote position, but visits to the client might be required from time to time.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Review translations in Brazilian Portuguese to ensure consistency and quality.
- Translate content from English into with Brazilian Portuguese with high quality standards.
- Set the creative vision for your language.
- Work closely with Brazilian Portuguese in-house members to ensure translations meet the standards.
- Ensure that the text is consistent and only correct approved terminology is used.
- Give feedback and collaborate effectively with Brazilian Portuguese vendors (freelance translators, recording studios, etc.).
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all members of the team to improve processes and achieve common goals.
- Fix linguistic bugs reported by the testing team.
- Improve glossaries, manage terminology and develop documentation and style guidelines for your language.
- Assess amount of workload to ensure timely task deliveries.
Requirements
- Native level of Brazilian Portuguese.

- Attendance to sponsors, supporting the contract flow, carrying out contracted deliveries, reporting and post-sales survey;
- Manage the flow of commercial communication and project journey with internal teams, ensuring process and communications quality.
- Process management and delivery flow, observing the quality of the final product and deadlines for physical and digital deliveries.
- Track campaigns and overall client metrics and results, and be able to prepare and delivery performance reports to sponsors

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of business development experience with an established experience in successfully structuring, account managing and negotiations with industry partners
- 3+ years of experience in the Sport, Esports, Gaming or Entertainment industry in Business Development area
- Experienced in networking with contacts across agencies, major consumer brands and knowledge of building marketing and sales collaborations
- Experienced in entering negotiations fully informed about internal considerations, knowing how to navigate the situation to best settle differences and, ideally, win concessions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English intermediate
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
